Joe (b. 1985) earned his Bachelor of Architecture from USC and is a licensed general contractor with the state of California.

He began his career in Shanghai as a designer at MADA s.p.a.m. before moving to WET in Los Angeles, California.  He later served as a project manager at sbe in collaboration with Philippe Starck for design and construction of the SLS Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.  Most recently Sharaf was VP of construction at Larian Development.

In 2016, with his uniquely broad base of expertise in design, construction, and real estate development, Joe founded Giraffe.
